The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Manager for a fixed-term role on a specific project. You will be responsible for overseeing all traffic management operations related to the project, ensuring the safety of the public and work crews while maintaining traffic flow and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily traffic control operations on the project site
- Ensure all traffic plans (TGS/CTMPs) are implemented correctly and safely
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including the principal contractor, RMS/TfNSW, and local councils
- Oversee a team of traffic controllers and ensure compliance with WHS standards
- Monitor and adjust traffic setups as the project progresses
- Manage ROLs, permits, compliance documents, and incident reports
- Conduct onsite safety audits, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
Requirements
- Proven experience managing traffic operations on infrastructure or construction projects
- Solid understanding of traffic control legislation and compliance in NSW
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time-sensitive operations under pressure
- Familiarity with traffic planning software (e.g., RapidPlan) is a plus
