Key Responsibilities
- Safely set up and manage traffic control devices and signage
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian flow around worksites and events
- Maintain compliance with TGS and CTMP requirements
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project managers
- Report incidents and complete safety documentation
Requirements
- SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Training (TCWT) Card:
- Blue Card – Traffic Controller
- Yellow Card – Traffic Management Implementer
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and communication
- Reliability and a proactive attitude — leadership potential highly regarded
