About the role

Roadlink Group is building a team that lifts the standard of traffic management across NSW. This role suits people who are reliable, safety focused and ready to work as part of a coordinated crew on civil, infrastructure, utility and event projects.

Traffic Controllers support safe work zones, help road users and pedestrians move through changing conditions, and keep supervisors informed about site activity.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and manage traffic control devices and signage
  • Direct vehicle and pedestrian movement around worksites or events
  • Follow approved traffic guidance and site instructions
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members and site contacts
  • Report incidents, hazards and changing site conditions promptly

Required tickets and licences

  • SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Training card relevant to the role
  • White Card / General Construction Induction
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Any additional tickets or competencies requested for a specific project
